Paula Strang

Paula Strang is Communications & Engagement Manager for Cora Health, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Learning about pain - how it behaves and how many people it affects - has been eye-opening for Paula. She is passionate about making pain part of everyday conversations, just as we have for mental health and other wellbeing topics. Her work at Cora Health (which powers Flippin’ Pain) gives her opportunities to do just that.

Outside of work, Paula loves technical sports that engage both mind and body: she has tried everything from tennis, football, judo, and climbing to Olympic weightlifting- and even attended her first adult ballet class recently.
