Oscar Hutton

Oscar is a PhD student at Loughborough University, studying how the brain’s ‘mental map’ of the body is linked with persistent pain, and how to use this in rehabilitation.

As part of his studies, Oscar uses body illusions to investigate how this mental map can be altered, with a view to applying findings to persistent pain.

Outside of university, he enjoys looking after his parents' dogs and exploring new places with friends.
