Tom Middleton

Tom Middleton is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist at Cora Health in South Tyneside.

He is passionate about helping people with persistent pain improve their quality of life and describes this work as “hugely rewarding.”

Tom’s involvement with Flippin’ Pain began during a research internship evaluating the 2023 Teesside Community Outreach Tour, and he now runs Flippin’ Pain education sessions to share key messages that empower people to make informed choices about their care.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys surfing, running, cycling, growing food, and cooking meals to enjoy with family and friends.
