Flippin’ Pain is a public health campaign with the objective of changing the way people think about, talk about, and treat chronic (or persistent) pain. The campaign delivers events and activities to improve its audience’s understanding of pain; empowering those affected by pain to make more informed lifestyle and healthcare utilisation choices. It also delivers events for health and wellness professionals to improve their understanding of pain and their ability to better support their patients/clients.

Throughout 2023 Flippin’ Pain, in collaboration with Tees Valley Sport and You’ve Got This will be designing and delivering a range of events in the north east of England, with particular focus on the Tees Valley region. This event represents the first of these locally targeted events.
